Television star and acclaimed chef, Michael Fenster, is one the US’s, leading cardiologists and one of 15 doctors globally to hold culinary and medical degrees. He’s also the only Interventional Cardiologist and Professional Chef to do so, and the only cardiologist with joint academic appointments in both the Medical and Culinary Arts. Professor Fenster, doesn’t believe setting boundaries when it comes to food. He says, ideas healthy food can’t be flavorful, or tasty food can’t be good for you, or that a one-size-fits-all, healthy diet exists are all myths. Professor Fenster, one by one, is busting those myths.
