A trial for the four-day work week is set to kick off later this month. A study by Citrix, shows nine in ten Australian employees would accept a four-day work week if offered by employers, but only 16% would take a pay cut. Citrix’s Return to Office research study, also found a four-day work week could help employers win the Talent War, with half of Australian office workers agreeing it would be a good way to retain employees. Those who wouldn’t accept a four-day work week, 33% said they’re happy with the flexibility they already have with 30% worried employers would take benefits away.
