What began as a love affair with go-karts, Melbourne-teen Hugh Barter’s dream of one day competing in F1, is fast tracking to becoming a reality. A move to Paris two years ago, will see Hugh race in the 2023 F3 class at the Melbourne Grand Prix – the first time the F2 and F3 categories will be held before the big race.
