FOI ICook Food’s obstruction

ICook Foods has been destroyed because the Victorian Government and Greater Dandenong Council worked to eliminate ICook Foods as competition to Community Chef. At the centre of it is an $800k loan from DHHS that can’t be accounted for. TheInformer, believes it knows where the money has gone, and an FOI request to discover where, is being blocked at every turn.
