Faltering two-party political system needs to change

Australia’s two-party system, according to Anka Sahin, is about sacrificing fair representation where the dominant parties alternate power as if they have the right to govern and ensure no one else can disrupt their arrangement. The existing system has not served Australians well for a long time, Sahin says, and the time has come for it to be reformed urgently.
