Elective surgery restrictions threaten Victorians lives

As other States move to lift restrictions on elective surgery, Victoria, remains the odd one out. Victorian Premier Daniel Andrews is intent on adopting a wait and see approach because of COVID. It’s a strategy surgeons maintain is dangerous, and threatens the lives of Victorians.
