Drastic reform needed for industrial relations, training and immigration policy for vocational trades

This week Anthony Albanese and Labor held their much vaunted Australian Jobs and Skills Summit. Part of that summit looked at the skills shortages Australia faces. On its eve, the University of Sydney’s Business School, released its Bargaining for Skills report – finding industrial relations, training and immigration policy arrangements needing drastic reform to meet workforce needs in vocational trades.
