Tuesday this week, Victorian Treasurer, Tim Pallas, handed down the State Budget, off the back of a pandemic that has left Victoria in near economic ruin. In an election year for Victorians, Pallas has delivered what appears to be a big spending budget, focussed on hype and delusion than fact and reality – and the expectation is, it will be funded the Federal Government.
